What is QUALIX?+
QUALIX is a web-based platform that delivers the six quality core tools used in automotive and industry — APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and PPAP — as connected modules in a single package.
Can the modules be purchased separately?+
No. QUALIX is offered as a single package; all six modules are included in every license.
Which license models are available? What are the prices?+
Monthly subscription, annual subscription, purchase (perpetual license) and a project license for Grupas projects. Pricing depends on the license model and the number of users — contact us through the demo / quote form.
Does it need installation?+
No. QUALIX runs in the browser; a separate environment and a separate database are prepared by Grupas for each customer.
Which standards does it support?+
Forms are structured around AIAG and VDA approaches and IATF 16949 expectations: 5-phase APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA with Action Priority (AP), a 13-column control plan, Gage R&R / Bias / Linearity / Stability, variable and attribute control charts, and an 18-element PPAP.
Where is our data and who can see it?+
Each customer's data is kept in its own environment, in a separate database; it never mixes with another company's data.
Can we bring our existing spreadsheets?+
During onboarding we plan together how to move your existing FMEA, control plan and PPAP work. Let's discuss the details in the demo call.
Do you provide training?+
Yes. Grupas provides consulting and training on quality core tools, and QUALIX users receive training on the platform.
